1. General Terms & Acceptance

Right to Decline: I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I feel unable to fulfill it or if the character/subject falls outside my current skill set or comfort zone.

References: Please provide clear visual references and details for your request (pose, color palette, background, expressions, outfit, etc.) to ensure the desired outcome.

2. Payment & Deposit

Deposit: A 50% upfront deposit is required to secure your commission slot and begin the initial sketch.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon approval of the final sketch, before I proceed to lineart and coloring.

Payment Methods:

Local (Indonesia): Bank Transfer & GoPay

International: PayPal (In Process / Pending)

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Artist-Initiated Cancellation: If I am unable to proceed with or complete your order due to personal or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% full refund.

Client-Initiated Cancellation:

Before work begins: 100% refund of the deposit.

After sketch is provided: You will receive a partial refund (30% of the total price is refunded; 20% is retained as a sketch fee for the work already completed).

After sketch approval / during lineart & coloring: No refunds or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Revisions

Up to 2 minor edits are included during the sketch stage (e.g., small adjustments to hair, expression, or minor details).

Major changes to the pose, outfit, composition, or overall concept are not allowed after the sketch has been started/approved.

5. Turnaround Time (TAT)

Working Hours: My working hours are from 19:00 to 01:00 (7:00 PM – 1:00 AM) GMT+7 / WIB. Messages or inquiries sent outside these hours will be responded to during the next working window.

Completion usually takes 7 to 30 days, depending on my queue, personal schedule, and health.

Rush Deadlines: Urgent requests with short turnaround times will incur an additional fee.

6. Deliverables

You will receive high-resolution digital files of your artwork in original size, including:

Full-resolution artwork without watermarks.

Transparent background version (.PNG).

7. Copyright, Usage & Rights

Personal Use Only: All commissioned artworks are strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

Commercial Rights: If you intend to use the artwork for commercial purposes (merchandise, VTuber assets, prints for sale, stream branding, etc.), please discuss it with me via DM for commercial pricing.

Credit & Ownership: You may post the artwork on social media or use it as pfp/header with proper credit to me as the artist. You are not allowed to claim the artwork as your own creation.

Portfolio Right: I reserve the right to post the completed artwork on my social media platforms and portfolio for promotional purposes.
